Who we are
AuditSci DPP is a product of Apex Labs Group. The controller of the details described here is Apex Labs LTDA, Avenida Paulista, 1636 · Sala 1105, Bela Vista, São Paulo · SP, CEP 01310-200 · Brasil. For any question about your data, write to info@apexlabsgroup.com.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect:
- Your full name, work email, company, role and sector.
- Optionally, your position in the supply chain and a short description of your main challenge.
- The version of the consent text you accepted and the time you accepted it, the version of the form, the page that referred you and campaign parameters in the link (UTM), and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use to detect abuse. We do not store the IP address itself in the lead record.
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not set cookies for visitors who only read it.
Cookies and analytics
We set cookies for analytics only if you agree. Until you accept, this site does not load Google Analytics and sends nothing to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics measures visits and pages viewed in aggregate; our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules). You can withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer, and withdrawing is as easy as accepting. The details, including names and durations, are in the cookie policy.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use these details to confirm your email address, to contact you about AuditSci DPP early access, and to understand demand for the product. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what happened before.
Confirmation and emails
After you submit the form we send one message asking you to confirm your email. We mark your request as confirmed only after you open that link. We use your details to contact you about AuditSci DPP; we do not send newsletters unless you ask for them, and every message includes a way to stop receiving them.
How long we keep it
- Requests that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
- Confirmed requests are deleted after 24 months, or earlier if you ask.
Who receives it
Our team receives your request. We use service providers to host the site, deliver it to your browser and send email. They process data on our instructions. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on a recognised mechanism such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. We answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the version above changes with it. The version you accepted is kept with your request.
