What the platform does
A passport is only as good as the data behind it, and most of that data sits with suppliers. AuditSci DPP gives you one place to ask for it, check it and record who approved it.
You choose the product group, request the data and documents, review what comes back and publish. Each step leaves a record, so you can answer an authority or a customer who asks where a value came from.
It supports the economic operator and does not replace it. Responsibility for conformity stays with you.
- Stage 1
- Define the scope
- Stage 2
- Collect from suppliers
- Stage 3
- Verify the data
- Stage 4
- Publish the passport
What you can do with it
Ten functions cover the path from the first supplier request to the published passport.
Supplier data requests
Sends each supplier a secure link for the data a product needs. Shows who has answered, who has not and what is still missing.
Requirement checks
Checks every field for completeness and format against the passport schema of the product group.
Review and approval
Lets a reviewer approve each field. Every decision goes to an audit trail that cannot be overwritten.
Evidence library
Keeps certificates and test reports linked to the fields they support.
Identifiers and QR codes
Holds persistent product, operator and facility identifiers and produces print-ready QR codes.
Public passport view
Publishes a fast, readable page for the public tier, with machine-readable output.
Access tiers
Gives the public, parties with a legitimate interest and authorities different views of the same passport.
Signed versions
Hashes and signs each published version. A correction creates a new version.
Backup and export
Exports passports and evidence in full, and offers a backup route to an independent service provider.
API and webhooks
Connects to your ERP, PLM or product database.
AI that drafts, people that decide
AI does the reading and the reminding. A person makes every decision.
You request
Ask each supplier for the documents a product needs, at every tier.
Supplier uploads
They answer on the platform. No attachments in your inbox.
AI pre-reads
AI extracts the fields into a draft and flags anything it is unsure about.
A person decides
A reviewer corrects, approves or rejects. The decision is logged.
AI watches and asks
The platform monitors expiry dates and asks the supplier to renew.
Nothing is approved or published without a named reviewer, and each decision is logged with who made it and when.
Velocity
A supplier uploads a document and AI drafts its fields right away, so your team starts from a draft instead of a blank form.
Less time spent
Requests, reminders and follow-ups happen on the platform instead of in email. Your team reviews drafts instead of retyping documents.
Self-organising
Each document is filed against the right product, supplier and requirement, so nobody sorts attachments by hand.
Audit-ready
The platform tracks validity dates. It alerts you before a certificate expires or needs renewal, and asks the supplier for a new one.
Every tier of your supply chain
Passport requirements reach past the suppliers you buy from directly. Suppliers at tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 can all answer through a secure link, from a phone or a desktop, without creating an account.
The platform tracks the expiry date of each certificate and document. When one is about to run out, it asks the supplier to renew, so a lapsed certificate does not surface for the first time at an audit.
- Tier 1 suppliers deliver parts or materials to you directly.
- Tier 2 suppliers deliver to your tier 1 suppliers.
- Tier 3 suppliers sit one step further back, often at the raw material end.
Security and control
These are the controls the platform has today. We do not claim certifications it does not hold.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection to the platform uses HTTPS.
Role-based access
Administrator, reviewer and reader roles, with multi-factor authentication available for approvers.
Audit trail
Every approval is recorded, with who and when, and cannot be overwritten.
Your data stays yours
Passports and evidence are designed to be exported in open formats.
Who it is for
Teams at manufacturers and importers that sell in the EU and depend on supplier data.
Product compliance
Needs to show which requirement each value answers and who approved it.
Regulatory affairs
Tracks which delegated act applies to which product and when to expect it.
Sustainability
Depends on supplier data for composition, carbon footprint and sourcing.
Quality
Owns certificates and test reports and needs to know when they expire.
Where to go next
This page explains the regulations in general terms and is not legal advice. AuditSci is a technology platform and does not certify conformity. Responsibility for conformity stays with the economic operator.
