What decides AuditSci DPP pricing
Size of the product portfolio
A single product line is a smaller project than a full range. The more product families you cover, the more data structures and approval flows we set up.
Number of passports required
Each product or batch that needs its own passport counts. Ten models and ten thousand serialised items are different scales of work.
Supplier participation
Passport data comes from your suppliers. The number of suppliers who need to submit and renew documents shapes the effort on both sides.
Implementation requirements
Your own domain for QR codes, existing systems, and how much of the setup you want us to carry all change the plan.
Costs that sit outside any software
These apply whichever provider you choose, and we do not put numbers on them.
Internal time
Someone has to collect, review and approve the data. Software reduces the chasing, not the need for a decision-maker.
Producing evidence
Some data does not exist yet. A carbon footprint study for batteries is an example: it has to be produced before it can be entered.
Supplier effort
Suppliers spend time answering requests and keeping documents current. Fewer, clearer requests help.
