What we do
Manufacturers and importers selling in the EU need product data that mostly sits with their suppliers. AuditSci DPP asks suppliers for it, drafts the values from the documents they send, checks them against the passport requirements and publishes the result behind a QR code.
AI drafts values and watches expiry dates. A person approves every value, and every approval is recorded with who and when.
Who builds it
AuditSci DPP is developed by Apex Labs Group, a software company with seven years of experience building products for compliance and operations.
The original AuditSci product (auditsci.com) does document control for employees and contractors.

How we work
We start with one product line, and your team keeps every decision.
Start with one product line
You do not have to cover the whole catalogue at once. Pick the product group that is due first.
We set it up with you
We work with you on the setup, so the first supplier requests go out with the right fields.
A person approves every value
AI drafts, your team decides. Each approval is recorded with who and when.
AuditSci does not certify conformity. Responsibility for conformity stays with the economic operator, that is, with you.
Our principles
Three rules we apply to the product and to this site.
Honest about the law
We mark each date in the EU calendar as law or indicative, and we say which is which.
Humans decide
AI never approves a value. A named person does.
Your data stays yours
Passports and evidence are designed to be exported in open formats.
